In the spirit of world peace that is rising in the world, I would like to propose that a World Peace Palace be built in your city. The most inspiring location will be inside the central municipal garden in your city.

As mayor, you will have a symbol of peace. But the World Peace Palace is not just a symbol; it is a practical place to house programs for knowledge and programs for health to create peace in the individual as the basis of a peaceful community and a peaceful world.

We are building a World Peace Palace in our city—the newest city in Iowa. I would be happy to share with you more information about this exciting project.

The World Peace Palace in your city will perpetuate for all time to come a global wave of peace on earth.
