Resolution No. 36

To Approve an Agreement with Snyder & Associates for Engineering Work
for Sewer System Expansion

April 4, 2003

WHEREAS, the City is planning to expand the sewer system to provide sewer service for the Maharishi University of Management expansion campus for 1,600 people.

WHEREAS, City officials have been working with Snyder & Associates, Engineers, on this plan, and has met, along with representatives of Synder & Associates, with the Department of Natural Resources to further the rapid approval and construction of this sewer system.

WHEREAS, Synder and Associates has submitted the attached agreement for their services.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the attached agreement with Synder and Associates be and it hereby is approved.
